Art and creative journaling comes under many names, including: smash, junk, mixed-media and maybe a couple I don't know. What my Art/Smash journaling workshops focus on is techniques for putting together a nice book of artsy memories while creating art. We'll cover mixed-media techniques and creating a nice cover for your book and ways you can get creative with the inside of your journal. Setting aside time to be creative is important! I try to keep the class costs down so that they are accessible. I hope you're able to join me on this artsy journey. Classes that don't have at least 3 signups 3 weeks before class will be cancelled. I am simply a woman who has a lot of crafty skills and loves journaling and sharing those skills with others! I definitely recommend therapy if you are struggling.
